The Utah Supreme Court has ruled that Brendt Thomas Bennett does not have to reveal his entire sexual history as part of his sex offender treatment. The treatment required Bennett to reveals his entire sexual history to his treatment provider and in a polygraph. Bennett sued the Utah Department of Corrections and ow the Utah Supreme Court has sided with him.
