National Association for Rational Sex Offense Laws (NARSOL) has filed a brief of Amicus Curiae before the U. S. Supreme Court to assist in the battle against North Carolina’s ban on sex offenders using social media in the case Packingham v. North Carolina.

Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has filed a separate amicus brief in the same case.
