A 22-year-old man from Vacaville, California was convicted on child molestation charges when he was 9 or 10 years old. Now that conviction has been overturned by an appellate court. The police detective’s interrogation technique has been criticized and child as young as 9 is considered not able to touch another with sexual intent.
