Jonathan Bhagan is an attorney who has been advocating for changes in sex offender policies throughout the Caribbean region. He wants the government of Trinidad & Tobago to team up with the United States Department of Justice and the Angel Watch Center to “to alert foreign law enforcement partners about intended travel by convicted registered sex offenders.”
